Hi! I’m Tal!
Do you feel that there has to be more?
More love, more excitement, happiness and meaning to life?
Do you sometimes sense that there is something hidden from you, that there is a mystery to uncover?
So here’s the thing…
Everything in nature thrives on connection!
New life forms when different organisms come together in a new way. Our brains are wired through connection between neurons. Connection between people gives birth to new Ideas, love, and development.
Good relationships have consistently been found to be the number one factor to our happiness, and our health. It’s in relation to others that we learn who we are, and what it is that we came here to do.
In my psychological research, I have seen how connection influences our brain and emotions, I know that it is the most important thing to achieve in our life.
Using research findings as well as the lessons of ancient wisdom, I teach how to step beyond separateness to truly connect with others.
This is what can help you expand, take your relationships to a new level of intimacy and harmony, as well as connect to your self, to find your higher purpose and open up new horizons!
So glad you are here! Let’s do this together!
Hi! I’m Tal Mandelbaum. I am a mom, a psychologist MSc, and a writer.
I have always been passionate about understanding who we are, and how to be happy. As a sensitive person I experienced the complexities and challenges of relationships as I grew up, but I never felt that I had enough tools and awareness to really understand what was happening.
This need to know myself, and to understand the world around me, pushed me to research and learn more.
Psychology was a natural field for me to delve into, as I just had to understand the workings of our inner life.
In my psychological research, I used brain science to test how relationships influence our inner emotional states.
I saw how competition and separation create stressful and often negative emotions, whereas connection induces calm and enables more positive emotions to arise. Cooperation mitigated the experience of loss, social comparison and the effects of stress.
Yet, these crucial understandings remained theoretical and incomplete without a method to create good connections.
Thankfully, I found the answer to this in Kabbalah- the science of connection, which I have now been studying for over ten years.
For the past six years I have also been presenting the “New Life” TV series with renowned Kabbalist, Dr. Michael Laitman, where I have asked all of my deepest questions about life, happiness and love.

So how did I find Kabbalah?
Together with my contemplative side, I was also sensitive to the competition and social comparison all around me. I chased the same sort of goals as everyone else, but it wasn’t until I was diagnosed with a life-threatening illness at the age of 24 that l realized I had to change everything. I felt that all of the goals that I had set for myself did not really matter to me, that I had to find something much more meaningful to pursue.
As part of my healing process, I focused on expanding my horizons and discovering what it was that really made life worth living.
I searched through every method, technique, spiritual teaching, and book I could get my hands on, but it wasn’t until I came across the Wisdom of Kabbalah, that I felt I had found what I was looking for.
I couldn’t settle for anything but a complete explanation of my life and how everything connected.
Kabbalah is a science of the connected system we are all part of. It gives you the bigger picture, as well as the practical tools to reach your fullest potential.
Studying this incredible wisdom has helped me makes sense of my inner world and the world at large. It has shown me the way to creating deeper relationships with everyone around me. It allowed my marriage, my pregnancies, and my parenting to be inspired.
I want to share that with all of you.
I believe this is knowledge that must be shared and passed forward.
