There is so much stress, fear, anxiety, and worry going around in our collective consciousness right now.
Ironically this is detrimental to our health, and ability to cope with the pandemic.
We want to shift these mental states into more serene, empowered, and joyful ones- but how can we when the world is experiencing so much uncertainty?
There’s a lot we can do on the physical and emotional levels, like take care of our body, exercise, do what we love (hobbies, etc.) be together with others, and develop ourselves…but the greatest impact will come from a shift in our thoughts, perspective, and consciousness.
A shift in the way that we perceive what is happening is crucial for our ability to both feel better, AND influence our reality for the better.
The world outside is a reflection of our internal states! So the more aligned we are internally with the positive, connected, healthy state of the world- the closer we can come to it and achieve it.
In this video, I talk about HOW we can reach this higher perspective and what thoughts we should be thinking to step away from anxiety, fear and worry, and into greater alignment, love, and joy.

Yes…it sure is. Especially in our changing times…but the more we awaken collectively, the more we can create positive vibes and healing all around.
I am also a therapist and I see so FEW things about how to use spirituality to help manage anxiety. This was such an interesting perspective on spirituality and it was very refreshing to read. 🙂
