How to Raise Your Spiritual Awareness During Pregnancy
During pregnancy, your baby lives through you. They sponge up information they perceive from within the womb: feelings, sensations, and at some point visions, sounds, and tastes.
Since you are one physical, emotional, and neurological system, you become the vessel through which your baby perceives reality itself.
The information they perceive through you will shape their personality, tendencies and future patterns.
This is why it is crucial that you gear your thoughts and emotions towards positive, constructive, and holistic ones so that you create the best patterns in your baby.
This will ensure their healthy development.
Of course, we are not perfect, and we should always strive to do the best we can at every given moment.
So be very kind towards yourself, and patient. You are at exactly the right moment to take the next step forward!

As moms, we have a great privilege and a responsibility towards our children because we are preparing them for life.
The world we are heading towards is ultra-connected. Just as the current epidemic is showing us, we are being pressured to have a greater sensitivity towards our interdependence, and towards nature.
The kind of skills that are necessary in a world that is virtually connected, and constantly in need of mutual support, collaboration, and consideration, are the skills of connection.
We will see that this pandemic is only the beginning of a process that humanity must undergo. A process that will take us from the state of division, over-consumption, pollution, and destructive competition, to a state of harmony, connection, and true happiness.
That is where our evolution is leading us. We can move towards it consciously and willingly which will make the process quick and easy. Or, we can resist, it, trying to go back to our old habits, thus making things harder and more painful for all.
The more we can shift our thinking, the more we strive to evolve our spirituality, and our consciousness- the better off we will be, and the better an example we can set for our children.
If you are connected to other moms and to the spiritual network- you set your baby up for an easier, more successful life.
We need to get to know the reality in which we live, the system in which we exist. This is what can help you give your baby that sense of security and purpose that will help them thrive.
